		<description>When I started buying grass-finished, antibiotic/hormone free beef (inspired by Pollan) I was so surprised at the difference in taste! It&#039;s like a different meat entirely. I agree with you that knowing that the animal was raised *like a cow* makes a huge difference and is worth seeking out and paying more for.</description>
